A cricket league (UCL) is taking place in University of Management and Technology for past two years. In this league, every student participates with great zeal. This year the third season of the cricket league is in progress. 

This year the third season of the cricket league is in progress.  In this season of UCL, eight teams will participate in the tournament. Each match will consist of 10 overs. In the group stage, each team will play four matches. Four teams with highest points will qualify for the semi-finals stage. Further, the two teams will play for the final. In the end, the winning team will hold the UCL trophy and ten thousand cash prize. In last season, Pakhtoons defeated the Red Dragons in the finals, which was a thrilling match overall. Both teams played hard and passionately. But in the end the most deserving one won. Let’s see fate gonna favor whom this time.

The head of sports club Mohammad Abdullah is very hopeful for the season three of UCL and appreciated the efforts of members of the club for encouraging the students to take part in the UCL. As sports is beneficial for every student in this stressful and hectic university routine. Such leagues in the university is very important in order to encourage the students to play sports. Hopefully, the season three of UCL will be as successful as season two.
